30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange.

Original Packaging Required

Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened items. Unopened items in original packaging are not subject to this fee.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in its original, unopened packaging (for full refund)
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
  • Item must not show signs of use or damage
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software products with broken seals or activated licenses
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was defective or damaged
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item was damaged during shipping

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or specification, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@geturtechnow.co.za or call +27 11 025 1494/5. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@geturtechnow.co.za or complete the return form below
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided with your RA number clearly marked
  6. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
