We strive to provide accurate product information and pricing:

• Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided by manufacturers and may not be 100% accurate
• Colors may vary from images due to monitor settings
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed
• If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order:

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
• Payment must be received before order processing begins
• We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, and other payment methods through Netcash
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation
• We may require additional verification for large or suspicious orders

6. Shipping and Delivery

Regarding shipping:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (R150 standard, free over R5000)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• You must inspect products upon delivery and report damage immediately
• We ship to addresses within South Africa only

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy includes:

• 30-day return period for most items (see Returns Policy for details)
• Items must be in original, unopened packaging for full refund
• 15% restocking fee may apply to opened items
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless item is defective
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
• Some items may be non-returnable (see Returns Policy)

8. Warranties

Product warranties:

• All products come with manufacturer warranties (1-3 years typically)
• Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product
• We coordinate warranty claims with manufacturers
• Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Extended warranty plans available for purchase within 30 days

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SOUTH AFRICAN LAW, BUSINESS ETC SOLUTIONS TRADING AS GETURTECHNOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
